Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched as lettermail or standard parcels, unless expedited parcel (with tracking) is selected at checkout. We utilize reputable mail service providers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping.

Typically, orders ship within 2-3 days of purchase, and you will receive a 'Fulfillment' confirmation once your order is processed and sent for shipping. Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping courier and may be subject to unexpected delays.

Once the mail has been dispatched, the seller assumes no responsibility for orders. Issues like loss, theft, misplacement, or delivery to an incorrect or inaccurate address are not the seller's responsibility. The seller holds no liability or responsibility once the mail is marked as 'Fulfilled' and shipped by the selected mail service. To monitor your package, please opt for a shipping option that includes tracking.

Regarding pre-order sales, delivery times are contingent on production. If a purchase includes a pre-order item, the entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is available. If you prefer to receive other items sooner, separate orders will be required.

For international shipping, while we do ship outside of North America, there may be delays and a possibility of orders getting lost in transit. We recommend selecting tracking with your shipping for international orders.
