Refund policy

At present, returns on items are not accepted unless the buyer covers shipping costs. For clothing purchases, please refer to the sizing chart provided in the product description to ensure accurate sizing.

In the event of a size selection error within 24 hours of order processing, you can make changes by emailing us at prairiehooliganco@gmail.com with your order number and the correct size. If the requested size is out of stock, a full refund for that item will be issued. If an error is made on our part, such as sending the wrong product, size, or color, we will cover the associated shipping costs.
